Like any good business person, we are sure the first thing you want to know is “What is my investment”… Well, Cookie, Why don’t you run them through the numbers?

The initial Franchise Fee is $10,000 – this unlocks your access to the sweetFrog Family Corporate Support team. We have over 30 individuals here to support you through all aspects of owning and operating your vehicle. Your initial franchise fee also locks down your protected territory ensuring no other sweetFrog mobile operator is going to try and jump on your pad.

Your Truck:  $83,505 – $121,505 – We know that’s a big number but your truck is your biggest investment. Through our partners at East Coast Launch Pad, Jason and his team can run through the best options to meet your budget. Remember you can also choose a mobile trailer in lieu of the truck!

Patrick Galleher

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Patrick Galleher is also Managing Partner at Boxwood Capital Partners; a merchant bank in Richmond, VA, where he leads transactions for Boxwood’s M&A advisory services and private equity group. He has led several transactions including the sale of Dorsey Wright & Associates, the capital raise for Digital Risk, the minority and now buy-out of sweetFrog Yogurt, and the buy-outs of Yoga Direct, Yoga Accessories, Everything Yoga, and Red Rock Products.

Prior to joining Boxwood, Patrick was CEO of WILink plc (now known as PrecisionIR), a global financial communications business with operations in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Continental Europe, and Sweden. During Patrick’s 12 year tenure with the company, he quickly progressed from a top salesperson to product management to Chief Operating Officer to CEO and was actively involved in all aspects of the business. Patrick was President at the time WILink went public becoming the youngest CEO on the London Stock Exchange in 2002 and led and integrated 5 acquisitions during his tenure to expand the company’s core capabilities and client base. In 2006, as CEO, he successfully led the company through a public-to-private transaction/sale to a NY-based private equity group.

Patrick holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond, a degree from the London Business School, as well as attending the Centre for Creative Leadership in Belgium. He is a board member and founder of the Virginia Chapter of Young President’s Organization (YPO), sits on the board of the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, and is on the corporate boards of sweetFrog Enterprises, LLC, Issuer Direct (NYSE – ISDR), Midlothian Athletic Club, and Shockoe Commerce Group, LLC; a rapidly growing multi-channel retailer with a focus in the Health & Wellness space. Patrick, his wife Julia, and four children all live in Midlothian, VA.

Brian Partlow

Chief Financial Officer

sweetFrog Enterprises is pleased to announce that Brian Partlow has joined our sweet family as the new Chief Financial Officer. Brian has 15+ years of finance and accounting experience to help America’s #1 frozen yogurt brand have continued success. Brian comes to sweetFrog with his undergraduate degree from William and Mary, an MBA from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and past roles as the Corporate Controller for TruePath Wireless, the C.F.O. for Zero Point and the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for ATK Blackhawk.
Brian grew up in New Jersey where he met and married his high school sweetheart, Amy. The couple has been married for 23 years now, and they have three beautiful children together: Matt, Rachel and Jack. When he’s not crunching numbers and learning new sweetFrog handshakes,  Brian enjoys running marathons, cheering for the Chicago Bears (remember 1985!), and looking for a pick-up game of basketball or ultimate frisbee.

Ordinarily, Brian likes ½ chocolate, ½ cappuccino froyo with peanut butter cups, chocolate sauce and whipped cream, but when he's feeling crazy he gets ½ tart, ½ strawberry with assorted fruit toppings, chocolate sauce and always whipped cream.


Adam Silverman

Director of Operations

Mr. Silverman joined sweetFrog in 2011 as a District Manager in the Richmond, VA area.  Since that time he has been a valuable asset in growing the brand by helping to open new locations and eventually being a part of the original franchise support team. Prior to joining the sweetFrog family, Mr. Silverman worked for Outback Steakhouse for seventeen years in various capacities.

As a member of the sweetFrog family, Mr. Silverman assists new and current franchisees in all things operations, from new store openings to on-going training and upholding brand standards.  He will be able to answer any questions you have about sweetFrog operations.

Mr. Silverman is always available by phone or email to offer any assistance to franchisees while they are preparing to open a new sweetFrog or give advice about the current operations.

Favorite sweetFrog Treat: Peanut Butter Cup Sundae
Start with a little vanilla yogurt, peanut butter cups, peanut butter sauce, and whipped cream.  Then repeat. It has to be layered for the perfect treat!


Alan Delano

Corporate Trainer and Operational Support

Alan first became involved with sweetFrog back in January 2012 when his father-in-law became a licensee in North Carolina.  Alan and his wife moved there and opened up their first store before moving back to Richmond, VA, for the birth of their son.  Alan started out as a floating manager for corporate stores in the Richmond area before managing a couple of the Richmond area locations.  As his interest and passion for the company continued to grow, he began assisting the corporate office with various projects such as an inventory system for their stores and training new franchisees out of the locations he was managing. 

In July of 2015, Alan moved over to the corporate office where he still conducts training for new franchisees, but now serves in an operational support capacity to both corporate and franchise locations.  In addition to training on-site in the Richmond area, Alan can travel to your location for new openings to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible for you.  If you have any questions or needs in regards to training or support with your operations he is just one message away!

Caramel Sea Salt Gelato, topped with white chocolate chips, cookie dough bites, and whipped cream.

Gibson Gahan

Manager of Supply Chain

Gibson joined sweetFrog in 2015 to analyze vendors that sweetFrog uses throughout the supply chain. Prior to joining the sweetFrog family, Gibson worked at Apple as a genius, Oakley as a New Store Opening/Operations Supervisor, and a local non-profit helping people experiencing homelessness.

As a member of the sweetFrog family, Gibson ensures that all stores have the right product at the right time while maintaining low costs for our franchise owners. Gibson also deals with any customer service issue related to product warranty.

Gibson is always a phone call away to offer any assistance to franchisees, ensuring they are stocking the right product at the right time, as well asking questions about trends in the company related to merchandise and food sales.

Favorite sweetFrog Treat:
Cake Batter and Cookies 'n Cream swirl filled half way up, maybe a little salted caramel added on top followed by copious amounts of Reese’s peanut butter cups and other candies.


Shemar Pucel

Director of Franchise Marketing & Development

Mrs. Pucel joined sweetFrog in 2015 to assist with franchise development. Prior to joining the sweetFrog family, Mrs. Pucel worked with another local franchise company where she oversaw and managed 5 homebased franchise opportunities.

As a member of the sweetFrog family, Mrs. Pucel sits on the Executive Management Committee and oversees all development efforts. In addition to her management duties, she also assists new prospective franchisees as they begin exploring the amazing franchise opportunities currently available with sweetFrog. She along with her team will be able to answer any questions you have about the sweetFrog franchise opportunity as she guides you through our unique education and discovery process—ensuring you obtain all the information needed to help you decide if a sweetFrog franchise will be the right franchise for you.

Mrs. Pucel and the franchise development team are always a phone call away to offer any assistance to franchisees during the franchise discovery and qualification process, as well as when preparing for confirmation and training day visits.

In addition to her development duties, Mrs. Pucel currently manages and facilitates all marketing and lead generation efforts for the franchise development teams. She resides in Williamsburg, VA with her husband Steven, son Cody and dogs, Miller and Jameson.

Jennifer Whitehead

Franchise Development Assistant and Lead Qualifier

Ms. Whitehead joined the sweetFrog Franchise Development team on September 25th as the new Franchise Development Assistant and Lead Qualifier.

A native Virginian, Ms. Whitehead previously served as a customer relations expert with The Tobacco Co. Restaurant, as well as serving as the founding partner for RVA Fashion Week.

Ms. Whitehead has an extensive background with customer service and relations and graduated with a Sociology degree from VCU. She is excited to join the sweetFrog team as they look to continue to grow and expand the franchise system in the coming months.

Half Cake Batter topped with reese’s peanut butter cups, hot fudge and peanut butter sauce the other half mango topped with nerds



Pam Keys

Franchise Development Associate

Pam Keys joined sweetFrog in 2018 as the newest member to the franchise development. A native Virginian, Pam has an extensive background in marketing and client services. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Christopher Newport University.

Over her professional career, Pam has led a wide variety of businesses marketing teams during her time at Snow Companies.

Pam resides in Williamsburg, VA with her husband Dwight and their dogs, Bruce and Pickles.

Favorite sweetFrog Treat:

Half NSA Vanilla and half Cookies and Cream topped with butter finger crumbles and marshmallow sauce


Eric Wieghaus

Corporate Counsel

Eric joined sweetFrog in 2017 as the company’s in-house attorney, where he heads the legal department and provides counsel and advice to sweetFrog Enterprises on a variety of legal issues.

Eric is a graduate of Boston College and Rutgers University Law School. He was previously an attorney for a regional, general practice law firm in the Philadelphia area in the firm’s corporate and real estate practice group. He participated in transactions including asset purchases, ownership transfers, commercial lending, and large public and private real estate projects. Prior to his time at the firm, he served as an assistant county prosecutor in New Jersey.

Eric was born and raised in New Jersey, where he met his wife and developed a passion for New York sports teams. When he’s not at work, he loves to play baseball and golf, and spend time with his family and friends. In addition to his role as the company’s attorney, Eric manages all aspects of the company’s real estate needs, including new location analysis.

Favorite sweetFrog Treat:

Eric is a traditionalist when it comes to his order – vanilla with strawberries and whipped cream. However, on occasion, he will pile on every chocolate topping available!

sweetFrog was founded in 2009, right here in Short Pump, Virgina by Derek and Annah Cha. Having moved from the West Coast to Virginia, Derek and his family quickly realized the need for a fun frozen yogurt shop in the Richmond Metro-Market. With a little bit of hope, a lot of faith and a dash of prayer, Derek opened the very first sweetFrog in the Short Pump District of Richmond, VA.

Fast forward 9 years and sweetFrog has continued to grow by LEAPS and bounds. Scoop and Cookie can now be found at more than 350 locations in 25 States and around the globe.
