We are accepting take out orders by phone at 757-301-3623 or you can come into the store and order for takeout.
You can serve your own yogurt, ice cream, sorbet or Dole Soft Serve. (sorbet and Dole Soft Serve is dairy free.) Our store is fully sanitized.

I have come to the Virginia Beach location many times and it’s such a great experience. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and courteous, and everything is spotless.
This is hands-down the best frozen yogurt place I have ever been to. We are from the west coast and make a point to come to sweetFrog every time we are in town (including taking some to-go for the hotel freezer!) They make it so easy! -

02/16/25 - Clean, Courteous, and downright delicious! I have been to a lot of froyo spots in my life but this one is by far my favorite! From the spacious inside with plenty of room to sit including a party room, to the high level of customer service and smiles abound everywhere. Top it all off with the entire place being well maintained and clean, and you can't ask for more out of a place to take the family for a nice treat.
